Sanjay Joshi |

Sanjay brings 5 years of combined experience of working in manufacturing industry and building technological solutions for the same. Presently heading business arm at xPointers Consulting , Sanjay is primarily responsible for business process consulting and business development. He specializes in off-shore team development and project management with a focus on emerging online technologies. He was responsible for creating worlds first certified composite application on SAP xApps. Educated at Symbiosis University and Pune University, Sanjay is a Masters in Economics and Masters in Business Management with an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Sonal Sharma |

Sonal had been working on SAP technology for past 4 years before joining xPointers. Presently looking after the operations at xPointers, Sonal is primarily responsible for timely and defect free execution of projects. She has successfully deployed Rapid Application Development software development approach in xPointers. A bachelors in Information Technology she has a great passion towards developing new methodologies to improve the performance and productivity of the team.

His current passion involves creating new apps using HTML 5.0. A Bachelor in Information Technology, Uttam has strong leadership qualities which makes him stand apart from the rest.

Sandeep is currently heading the Microsoft technologies team at xPointers. He has been single handedly responsible for developing xNET, a CMS (Content Management System) based on .NET. A post graduate in Computer Applications, Sandeep in his 5 years of career has successfully implemented projects helping xPointers reach new milestones.
